Please read this form prior to your reservation. You will find our Rules, Restrictions, Release & Wavier Form with the button below. The link will take you our google forms which can be filled out online. This form needs to be completed or updated yearly.
Reservation Form
This form needs to be completed for each and every confirmed appointment you have with Bob's Animal Friends. This form will be emailed to you once you have made a reservation. If you have not been emailed this form please contact us right away. This form is not a submission or a request, if you are looking for an appointment you will need to contact Bob's Animal Friends by phone 507-635-3398 or by email bob@bobsanimalfriends.com
Hours of Operation (2025)
Monday through Thursday - 6am to 11am & 3pm to 7pm
Friday through Sunday - 7am to 9am & 5pm to 7pm
Federal Holidays - Doors are Closed
Quick Price List (2025)
Overnight Boarding - $40
Daycare - $30 not enrolled / $25 enrolled members
